Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the LiteKit website, available at https://litekit.app (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” ), operated by the Administrator.

1. General Provisions By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these Terms. If the user does not agree with the Terms, they must cease using the Service.

2. Nature of the Service LiteKit provides free online tools for compressing, converting, merging, and splitting files (including images and PDFs). The Service does not require registration and does not collect personal data of users, other than the technical data specified in the Privacy Policy.

3. User Responsibility The user is solely responsible for the content they upload or process through the Service. The user agrees: • not to use the Service to upload or process materials that violate the law, copyrights, or third-party rights; • not to take any action that could harm the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Service but does not guarantee its constant availability or absence of errors. The Administrator is not liable for: • loss of data, interruption of access, or delays in operation; • use of the Service for purposes contrary to the law; • the consequences of file processing by the user.

5. Intellectual Property All rights to the source code, design, interface, and texts published within the Service belong to the Administrator or its licensors. Copying, modifying, and distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Temporary Files and Privacy Files uploaded by users are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted after the operation is complete. The Service does not store or analyze the content of the files. Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms The Administrator has the right to change these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to regularly check the Terms page.

8. Applicable Law The relationship between the Administrator and the user is governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the legal norms of the European Union.
