This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which personal data of users of the LiteKit website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), available at https://litekit.app, is processed and protected.

1. General Provisions The Service adheres to the principles of personal data protection in accordance with Regulation (EU ) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. The data controller is the company operating the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

2. Data Processed The Service does not require registration. When using the Service, only technical data may be processed: • IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visit; • Cookies used for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and user interface customization; • Uploaded files are processed temporarily, solely for the purpose of performing the selected operation (compression, conversion, merging, etc.), and are automatically deleted from the server after processing is complete.

3. Purposes of Data Processing Data is used exclusively for: • Providing the functionality of the Service; • Improving its operation and performance; • Ensuring security and preventing abuse; • Compiling visit statistics.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties The Administrator may use third-party analytics and hosting services (e.g., Google Cloud, Vercel, Cloudflare), with data being transferred only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service. Data transfer is carried out on the basis of Data Processing Agreements.

5. User Rights Users have the right to: • Request access to their data and receive a copy of it; • Request the correction or deletion of their data; • Restrict processing or object to it; • File a complaint with a supervisory authority (President of the UODO - Poland).

6. Cookies The Service uses cookies for analytics and the correct display of the interface. The user can change cookie settings in their browser at any time.

7. Data Retention Period Temporary files uploaded by the user are automatically deleted after processing is complete. Log entries and analytical data are stored for no longer than 12 months.

8. Policy Changes The Administrator reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. The updated version is published on the Service's page with the date of the last modification indicated.
